PLS'01 Conference - Call for papers

Dear Colleagues,

we are very pleased to announce the:
2nd International Symposium on PLS and Related Methods (PLS'01)

The Conference will take place on the Island of Capri (Italy) from
October 1st to October 3rd, 2001.
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of Naples
is taking care of the organisation in co-operation with HEC School of
Management (Jouy-en-Josas, France) and CISIA-CERESTA (Paris,
France).

The Conference runs with the scientific sponsorship of IFCS
(International Federation of Classification Societies), SBI (Statistics
in Business and Industry) Committee of ISI (International Statistical
Institute), IASC (International Association for Statistical Computing)
and SIS (Italian Statistical Society).

In Attachment, please find the leaflet of the Conference comprising the
objectives of the Conference, the deadlines for submitting papers and for
registering, the list and abstracts of invited papers together with other
organisational details.

The Web site of the Conference, with up-to-date news and forms for
registering and reserving the hotel, will be soon available at the

Please notice that the deadline for submitting papers is May 8th,
2001.

We would be very grateful if you could spread this Announcement among
