many thanks to all of you that booked early the room at the desired place
(conference venue)!

However, if you wish to stay at the conference venue (Forte Village), we
advise you that only few rooms will be available until next Tuesday 8 of
March.

After, we cannot guarantee that you could book a room at the conference
venue.
