L'era dell'informazione, creata dalla rivoluzione digitale, ha avuto - e ha
ancora - un impatto importante sulle nostre vite e produce nuove sfide per
le Statistica Europea. Nei prossimi anni dovremo adattare gli indicatori
esistenti o creare nuovi indicatori per descrivere e includere la
complessitą dei fenomeni, dando una visione chiara della realtą. Le novitą
tecnologiche legate alla raccolta di informazioni e al "miglioramento della
base di conoscenze" offrono nuovi metodi per la raccolta, l’analisi e la
diffusione di dati statistici.

Questo workshop intende identificare, dal punto di vista degli utenti delle
statistiche europee, le prioritą di indicatori o metodologie nuove o da
"adattate", per descrivere meglio la Societą con un orizzonte temporale
fino al 2030.
