*Abstract*:



Market Research relies heavily on stats techniques in order to bring more
insights to the usual deliverables and outputs. Analysing the collected
data is a fundamental aspect

but sometimes a statistical methodology can answer the client's question in
a better way. Driver and Segmentation Analysis are the two main
methodologies in any Market Research Agency. In this lecture we are going
through some real data and how to apply and interpret these outputs.
