Following the meetings in Washington by George Washington University 
(2009), in Belgirate by CNR IMATI (2011), in Kinsale by Trinity College 
Dublin (2013), the Fourth Symposium on Games and Decisions in 
Reliability and Risk (GDRR 4) will take place in Istanbul during June 
17-19, 2015. The symposium is organised by Yeditepe University, in 
cooperation with CNR-IMATI and the George Washington University.

The objective of the symposium is to present novel use of game and 
decision theory in reliability and risk analysis and to bring together 
researchers from diverse disciplines such as economics, engineering, 
finance, mathematics, medical sciences, probability and statistics.

All sessions at this symposium will be plenary, with a mix of invited 
and contributed presentations.  Some preliminary information about the

People interested in presenting a contributed talkare kindly invited to 
send a title and an abstract by e-mail to maoner at yeditepe.edu.tr 
<mailto:maoner at yeditepe.edu.tr>, before November, 30th, 2014.A poster 
session is planned only if there will be a large number of submissions. 
Instructions on abstract submission are given at 
http://www.maoner.com/GDRR-2015_submission.htm. Decision on acceptance 
(either as talk or poster) will be notified by December 15th, 2014.

The symposium will be preceded the 9th workshop on Bayesian Inference in 
Stochastic Processes (BISP9) on June 14-16, 2015 which will also take
