[Forum SIS] FINAL DEADLINE: June 13 - "VI International Workshop on Spatio-Temporal Modelling (METMAVI), Sep 12-14, 2012"

Dear Colleagues:


We kindly inform you that, by the request of some participants, we 
decide to *extend the DEADLINE* for abstract submission to *METMAVI* to 
the *13TH OF JUNE*.

Please be aware that METMAVI aims to promote the development and 
application of spatio-temporal statistical methods in different fields 
related to**ENVIRONMENTAL and HEALTH SCIENCES. The workshop will be held 
in Guimarães, not only the birth place of Portugal, as a UNESCO World 
Heritage Site and the 2012 European Capital of Culture... so well worth 
a visit.
Contributed papers may be published in two special issues of SERRA and 
Journal of Environmental Statistics. Other possible special issue is 
under consideration.



Important dates

- *Registration (reduced fee): Until June 10*, 2012
- Extended abstract submission: June 13, 2012
- Contribution acceptance: July 6, 2012
