LECTURESHIP IN STATISTICS  


Salary 20 470 to 32 535 pounds

Applications are invited for the above position, tenable from any time
after 1 September 2002. The appointment will be made to the Statistics
section of the department.

Candidates may have research interests in any areas of Statistics or
Applied Probability, but preference will be given to applicants with
interests in the theory, methodology or applications of computationally
intensive statistical techniques.
