Peter Holmes, della Nottingham Trent University, UK, terrą un seminario
dal titolo 

LTSN: Supporting Undergraduate Teaching in Mathematics, Statistics
and Operational Research

Riassunto: 
At the beginning of 2000 the UK government set up a Learning and
Support Network (LTSN) with 24 subject centres to  encourage improved
undergraduate teaching and learning. One of these Centres is for
Mathematics, Statistics and Operational Research with three geographical
locations at the University of Birmingham, the RSS Centre for Statistical
Education at Nottingham Trent University and the University of Glasgow.
Plans for and work done by this Centre will be described.
