Dear all,

the next METMA workshop will be held in Lleida (Spain) from 3 to 5 June
2020. This will be the tenth edition, meaning 20 years of Metma, since
the first one organised in Castellon (Spain) back in 2000.

The purpose of this conference is to promote the development and
application of spatial, temporal, and mainly spatio-temporal statistical
methods to different fields related to environment, ecology, and
epidemiology, amongst many others. The general aim is to bring together
practitioners and researchers of different areas and countries all over
the world. Cross-disciplinary actions to solve real problems are very
welcome.

The scientific program features sessions covering topics on the latest
advancements in theory, methods and applications. In this edition, we
count with an exceptional panel of keynote speakers including Adrian
Baddeley (Perth, Australia), Noel Cressie (Wollogong, Australia), Peter
Diggle (Lancaster, UK), Alan Gelfand (Duke, US) and Rick Schoenberg
(California, US), together with a large panel of invited speakers.
