Applications are invited for a Temporary 2 year post of a UCD Post-doctoral
> Research Fellow Level 1, within UCD School of Mathematics and Statistics.



The VistaMilk SFI Research Centre represents a unique collaboration between
> AgriFood and information communications technology research institutes and
> leading Irish/multinational food and ICT companies. The research programme
> for the centre will develop new electronic monitoring and actuation
> technologies to transform an already world-class dairy sector into a global
> leader in sustainable Agri-Tech.

> The successful candidate for this role will work on projects that use
> statistical and machine learning methods to extract insights from data
> generated and collected in the VistaMilk project. This is an opportunity to
> develop cutting edge research-based solutions to real-world problems and
> see these solutions deployed in practice.



Salary range: €37,223 - €43,029 per annum.
> Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and
> experience.
