[Forum SIS] Deadline approaching - 6th edition of the Barcelona RECSM summer school in Survey Methodology

Dear colleagues,

We inform you that registration for the sixth edition of the Barcelona 
RECSM summer school in Survey Methodology will close on June 26th.

The school, organised by the Research and Expertise Centre for Survey 
Methodology (RECSM) of the Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona, Spain), 
will be held from the July 1st to 12 July 2019, and comprises 12 
independent courses covering different topics in survey methodology and 
statistical analyses:


1st week (1-5 July)

·         Multilevel 1 (Practical multilevel modelling)
·         Multilevel 2 (Analysing comparative longitudinal survey data 
using multilevel models)
·         Questionnaire design
·         Probability sampling methods
·         Causal Inference 1: Non-experimental data
·         Causal inference 2: Survey experiments


2nd week (8-12 July)

·         Applied Bayesian modelling for social sciences
·         Social Network
·         Machine Learning for Social Sciences
·         Implementing high-quality web surveys
·         Social media research / Big data 1
·         Social media research / Big data 2


Registration deadline: June 26th, 2019.
