/The seminar will focus on the information theory in the psycho-social 
context. Shannon’s Entropy indicator
and related measures will be introduced to analyse the psychotherapy 
process as a dynamic system.
Moreover, the extension of the Shannon’s Entropy to the Generalized 
Cross Entropy (GCE) estimator will be
presented. GCE will be applied in the context SERVQUAL model to evaluate 
the impact of perception measures
on the global satisfaction, by taking into account the expectation 
measures.//
