[Forum SIS] SIS2016: new deadline

Dear all, 

for
technical problems of the Open Conference System, the deadline to submit
abstracts/papers to the SIS2016 Conference has been postponed to
FEBRUARY, 21ST 2016. 

The new website of the conference is:

All
papers submitted until now on the old conference system will be
transferred to the new system by the website manager of the SIS2016.
