The Department of Economics and Statistics (DISES) of the University of
Salerno, in collaboration with the Italian Statistical Society (SIS) and
the Association for Mathematics Applied to Economics and Social Sciences
(_AMASES_), is organizing the Workshop on Perspectives on Financial and
Actuarial Modelling [1] (FAM 2016).

OBJECTIVES 

The workshop aims at promoting the scientific debate on the application
of advanced mathematical and statistical models to solve relevant
financial and actuarial problems. The approach is interdisciplinary
since we encourage contributions and attendance from researchers and
practitioners involved in different fields including actuarial sciences,
statistics, data science, finance, financial econometrics. 

PROGRAMME 

The programme will include 8 keynote invited talks as well as a
contributed poster session. 

POSTER SUBMISSION 

Poster submissions: April 15 - May 25 2016 via the online registration
form [2]. 

Acceptance decision: May 31 2016 

The posters must be in A0 portrait format.
