Call for papers

Selected papers of the 47th Scientific meeting of the Italian Statistical
Society

 

 

The book, belonging to the series “Selected papers of the Scientific

meetings of the Italian Statistical Society”, will contain a peer-reviewed

contributions on relevant topics presented at the 47th Scientific meeting of

the Italian Statistical Society, held at the University of Cagliari in June

11-13, 2014.

A major goal of this volume is to join papers from various research fields,

highlighting different approaches and analyses related to real phenomena.

Deadline and Review process:

•     Manuscript guidelines and templates for LaTex and Word are available

•     The length of the submitted articles must be 8-10 pages, including

figures and tables.

•     The deadline for submission is November 10, 2014 but earlier
submissions

are warmly encouraged.

•     Notification to authors after reviewing: about two months after

submission.

•     Please contact the guest editors for any further information.

•     Manuscripts shuld be submitted with the object "Springer Book

Submission" to:  <mailto:dibattis a unich.it> dibattis a unich.it.

 

Besides the calls for special issues in the following journals:

-     Statistica;

-     QDS: Journal of Metodological and Applied Statistics;

-     SA-Italian Journal of Applied Statistics
