Call for Papers ‐ YOUNG STATISTICIAN SHOWCASE at IBC 2014 in Florence, Italy

As one of the new initiatives to promote IBS activities among young 
statisticians, the IBS Executive
Committee has set aside funds to encourage their participation in the 
next IBC 2014 to be held in
Florence, Italy. Five grants consisting of $3000 will provide travel and 
accommodation expenses for
five young statisticians. Grant awardees will give an oral presentation 
based on their research work in
a specific session of the conference called “Young Statistician Showcase”.
