The Department of Statistics at the London School of Economics is very 
pleased to announce a special two-day social statistics conference 
honouring the scientific contributions of Professor emeritus David J 
Bartholomew.

This will take place in the Hong Kong Theatre at LSE and registered 
participants will also be invited to attend a buffet reception on the 
evening of the first day.

The conference dates are 12 and 13 December 2011.
