[Forum SIS] Special Thematic Issue of Statistical Methods and Applications - Call for papers

I am pleased to announce that Statistical Methods and Applications will 
publish a Special Thematic Issue on

"*Inferential Strategies for Environmental Surveys*".

The aim of this Thematic Issue is to collect a range of high quality 
research papers from the field of statistical methods for environmental 
surveys, with an emphasis on sampling, modelling and prediction.

Important dates:

  * Submission of full papers: February 29, 2012 at the latest
    (earliersubmission is encouraged).
  * Notification to authors: May 31, 2012 (tentative).
  * Final papers for the Special Issue: August 31, 2012 (tentative).
