nonparametric combination of dependent tests.

This book contains a formal development of the conditioning approach
underlying
permutation testing.
Furthermore, the methodology of nonparametric combination of dependent
permutation tests is widely analyzed in order to obtain simple solutions to
many rather complex multivariate problems. Among these: restricted
alternatives, mixed data, MANOVA for categorical and quantitative variables,
isotonic inference, complete permutation analysis of Two Way ANOVA,
permutation analysis of missing data, the permutation univariate and
multivariate Behrens-Fisher problem, goodness-of-fit for ordered categorical
data, multidimensional testing problems with repeated measurements, MANOVA
with missing data (Missing Completely at Random, MAR data, and not-MAR
data), etc.
