Dear LIS friends and colleagues,

The Luxembourg Income Study (LIS) and the Luxembourg Employment Study (LES) 
are currently looking for new staff members who could join our research and 
service team on relatively short notice. 

The ideal persons would have a bachelor or masters degree, a social science 
background, experience working with large household survey microdata and 
knowledge of one or more of the major statistical packages such as SPSS, SAS, 
STATA. The major duties of the person would be to prepare datasets in the
LIS/LES 
formats from many countries, maintain contact with national data
authorities, and 
provide user services. The person would work in Luxembourg directly with the 
LIS Operations Manager.
